We try our best to ship all products to the customer in 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. An indication of estimated delivery time will be provided upon placing the order online. Klove Footwear will insure each order during shipment until it gets delivered or picked up by the customer. Customers accepting such products will need to provide a signature confirming their acceptance: By signing, they agree to bear responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the signee is not the actual buyer or the purchaser is not present at the location, or in the case where the purchase is a gift, we accept this signature as proof of the delivery and order acceptance.

Delivery Charges (Selection Based): All domestic orders are delivered free of charge.
Additional Charges: There are no additional charges. The total payable amount is indicated on individual items.

DELIVERY TIME: The time may change based on the area of delivery and the services provided by our logistics partner. We strive to dispatch orders within 4 to 7 business days (excluding public holidays).
